Hey Mike! Sep 10 14:31 05, Mike Roberts wrote to Raymond Yates: MR> Now when everything goes digital, I would MR> have to MR> have a digital tv or not be able to view, right. Not really. All you should need is a proper decoder for the signal and digital->analog filter to use a regular TV or computer monitor. That should work although there will be two black bars across the top and bottom of the screen. Other then that it works good. MR> I know this is off MR> the beaten MR> path of what we were talking about. I just wonder how many people MR> there are MR> that are not ready for digital only. I see no point in the extra expense since it is the same crap as regular TV, although with digital it makes it possible to record to DVDs, but then again one has to wonder why anyone would want to do that given all the crap, hassel and expense. Just to block out commercials? These days those can be far more entertaining then the program they are sponsoring!!! Heh, heh.
