Redundant, as those are the &F1 template defaults anyway.

To be more accurate, USR modems utilise the officially ITU-ratified Class
2.0 fax code, whilst most others use Rockwell's non-standard Class 2. 
Needless to say, they are incompatible with each other, although the USR's
Class 1 code does work perfectly with all of the different fax apps I've
tried here.
