Hi Mary.  I am sorry t o hear of your problems with Rehab.  I
thought we had won that battle years ago, and that the law now
reads that if a blind person otherwise qualifies Rehab had to
support their educational goal.
I would suggest calling the N.F.B. office in Denver at:
1-303-778-1130 and telling them of your problem and see what they
say.  I think Homer Page is state president of the Colorado
affiliate but I am not certain.  But talk with the N.F.B.C. and
seek its advise as to a course of action.
