any ways... I made a cool batch file for myself to help compress large filez 
for multiple disks...
here it is...
start compress.bat
---------------------------------------------------------
arj %1 -v1440 -r -y -d -m1 -jm %2
---------------------------------------------------------
Run the batch file as... 
    C:\\compress.bat (a,e,x or whatever which=%1) 
ilename.ext=%2)
    so...  Compress.bat a (filename.ext)   <--- adds files to archive..
           Compress.bat x (filename.ext)   <--- decompress archive...
              Any improvements can help... message on this base some...
