Because the Enter/Return key is special. It is handled by the Default button 
on your form.
Other controls (for instance TMemo controls) need to explicitly state that 
they want to get hold of Enter/Return (TMemo.WantReturn property).
In most cases, users can press Ctrl-Enter to get behaviour of the Enter key.
