The prob i have with the WB stores (and disney stores as well) is that most
often these are not real cels. They're mostly seri-cels. That means they're 
reproductions of original cels, and 'limited' to 850 or so.

I have to disagree with you here too. For the price of a seri-cel, you can
sometimes buy 2 production cels at a convention of thru the mail.
It really pays to shop around. Check for a place named Art-Toons out of Ohio.
I've had dealings with them several times and they are more than fair.
