Well I found my cellular dialtone provider is now offering me a
deal with:
30 minutes prime time a month, additional prime time 28 cents a
minute,
no airtime charged for call forwarding
free 3 way, call waiting and  call forwarding
unlimited flat rate evenings and weekends from 8 pm to 7 am week
days, all weekend,
for $31 a month including tax.
The plan has not been advertised and has a rather dull name.
Customer service rep I spoke to said i must have twisted arms
real good to get the plan's internal name as they are not
supposed to say it is just called
PLAn A.
Seems Plans B and C are also out too.
What do they do?  Not sure.  If you are a Bell Mobility Cellular
customer or prospect, call them at star 611 from your cellular
phone and ask.
Toronto customer service did not know about the lettered plans.
Montreal does but is not too talkative.
