Yes: lack of documentation / poor quality of it. That's basically
understandable, but it still bothers me greatly. One thing I really would
like to see is a "how to do things in Linux that you're used to doing
in Windows" kinda doc, I think that could be a hit.

Also, as a positive point, I was fairly impressed that when I installed
Mandrake, it automatically put itself to an empty hd (bought just for this
purpose - the other hd has W2k on it), and configured the os selector for
the boot-up. That was really smooth - it was much more painful the last
time I came across Linux (RedHat something, a few years ago).
