I had the same problem earlier this week with 4.11
make sure your dos partition is not formatted for FAT32.  When I formatted
the drive with FAT32, the language menu came on and then I had a blank
screen, except for the cursor in the upper left corner blinking.  With a dos
6.2 boot disk (or even a setup disk from win95a), boot the computer and
fdisk and format.  make sure you have your cdrom drivers installed.
Everything should go smoothly after this.
