The S95 register is the key here. It needs to be set to return DCE
speed and not DTE speed. Once you have that set correctly, Telix
should give you the connect speed down the bottom of the screen.
Modems vary in the S95 register settings but my Dynalinks are correct
at 46. Some other modems require 47. Include S95=46 in your init
string and if connects still return the DTE speed then try 47.
