Huh?  Since when do points, and non-moderators at that, have the right to 
have anyone's feed cut?

Please, Tim, what "fido standard" are you relying on for this?  This is a 
serious question...I'm not familiar with any such standard, but there are 
alot of them and I haven't read most.  (Can't understand half of them anyway 
and end up asking randy bush or Lisa what the hell they mean. )
The only requirement I know of is one included in some echo rules, but I 
don't believe it's in the rules for RECOVERY and that wouldn't be a "fido 
standard" in any event, that an echo can't be gated without the consent of 
the moderator.
