subject: SSH to Telnet `gateway`

Good ${greeting_time}, Joacim!

11 Apr 2016 10:07:32, you wrote to me:

MK>>>> Also ssh is preferred over telnet especially when connecting
 MK>>>> over the internet.
JM>>> Thanks, Maurice. I know a fair bit about the difference between
JM>>> SSH and Telnet. I solved it by putting the telnet command in the
JM>>> ~/.profile file for a special user that is now used to connect
 JM>>> to the BBS.
AV>> So, where we can take a look at it? :-)
JM> Telnet (or SSH: login and password: bbs) to deltacity.se.

% ssh bbs@deltacity.se
[...]
Password:
Trying 10.0.1.228...
Connected to 10.0.1.228.
Escape character is '^]'.

telnetd.device: Waiting for unit to answer.

And nothing else... So, I tried to look at it more thoroughly, and was really
surprized: you run very, very old FreeBSD 7.3 in this VM :-)

JM> It's all in Swedish so keep your Babelfish handy. :)

I didn't need it this time :-/
