Nope -- he's played by Hugo Weaving who played the bad guy Agent Smith in
the Matrix which is where most ppl will remember him from. He was also the
voice of Rex the sheepdog in the Babe movies :)

There is a similarity in appearance to Sam Neil though who was Vasily, and
also in Jurassic Park 1 and 3, Merlin, Omen 3, The Horse Whisperer etc etc.
