I appreciate the suggestion, but when one of my family members signed up for 
50 free hours on AOL, they got billed for over $150 when those hours were 
supposed to be free.
AOL told them that they used the wrong access number, but the AOL software 
only provided them with that 800 number.
Also, I want a direct Internet connection.  With AOL you have more sluggish 
Internet service because AOL has so many users and it was not originally 
intended for the Internet.
