Alan Connor is no worse than yourself, Rhonda. He hasn't tried twisting

What deal Rhonda? I didn't get any deal from anybody in the FBI. I
never spoke to any of them. They missed me by a good 45 minutes or
more. This was all well documented both on irc and in usenet, with
myself (admin of codebreakers) and the admin of sourceofkaos
coordinating our deletion efforts. The feds got nothing from either
site, and didn't get me at any time. You obviously don't know any of
the details of why David even went to jail. It wasn't for authoring
said virus, it was for maliciously spreading it. Two entirely different
things.

if you thought you were gaining anything on me, you've taken some steps
back with this. :) Even the avers know what happened, and they're not
exactly what I'd call my friends. hah.

The legal team I have on retainer is for something else. I'm in the
antimalware business now, it's not uncommon for various adware
companies to try and scare you with a lawsuit if you don't cease and
desist, that's what the lawyers deal with.

You should have taken more legal classes and/or gotten good council.
You haven't a pot to piss in. Your information is public knowledge from
the moment you made it a signature for your emails. You have no legal
expectation of privacy with regard to email sent over open
communications totally unsecured and unencrypted.

You've made two ####ups in your post, one assuming the fbi and I ever
even spoke (we didn't, and it's all well documented about what did
happen), and two that you can play lawyer and try to bull#### your way
around. Stupid ####.
