You may want to try Down East Microwave for the UM 9401's.  I think they are
about $4 each there and they will definitely ship faster.  DEM also has the
low power PIN diodes too for 25 cents each.  RF Parts has been noticeably
slow of late - took two months to get the wrong driver transistors from them
(despite 3 "quality control checks"), then another two months to get the
right ones - Oh and  three long distance calls to California!  Steve and
Sandy at DEM have always been VERY quick - and accurate!
