	I had the EXACT same problem with Client32 on Win95 
workstations...  Do your workstations launch OK if you ignore the message 
and "Press Any Key..." ???   Mine did.  What I ended up doing was going 
into the registry and eliminating any reference to CLIENT32.NLM.  The 
workstation quit looking for the CLIENT32.NLM file, and everything ran 
just fine.
