     thanx, it helped, in the mean while I bought a zoom 33.6 v34I-Plus
     it works great, I don't have internet at the moment, and I wanted
     to find out if I have to send in the modem or is it flash upgradeable
     since there is this sticker on the box that says K56 upgradeable call
     1800-753-0787, but when I call it says that this number can't be reached
     from my calling area (toronto), any advice?
