"Heat treated" can mean one of two things ( at least). 1.
Annealed (good news)
2. Tempered ( bad news)

If you cant find manufacturer, you better check it with polarized light.
Than you will know and tell us.
LCD (TFT) screens are very good sources of polarized light and Polaroid
sunglasses are very good for viewing.
