I can see that.  Once he's undergone that training then he
might be doing the peace corps type thing.  THat training
should be quite extensive.  A good basic starter, along with weapons is
cert training.  I strongly believe that to get a
high school diploma young people should undergo cert
training.

Good example of what I'm talking about from when we went
through Cert a few months ago.  We're doing the exercise of
lift the toppled wall with makeshift levers to pull a body
out from under it.  I take my turn at a lever at one end,
and my turn helping get the usual cpr dummy out from under.
meanwhile my lady's sitting there in her wheelchair.  I
pushed her forward and said something like "she may not be
able to operate a lever, but she should get a shot at
coordinating the team.
