It's weird MR> up here in Rochester, but the FOX station ( and I don't know how they MR> can do this ) Joined together with the CBS station as they are in MR> financial trouble. I can understand FOX bein considered the smaller of MR> the networks, but I can't see how they can be in financial trouble. Quite some time ago, I think it was the CBS channel that dropped its affiliate in Albany area. That affiliate was the very first station to sign on as CBS. They joined the "enemy", NBC, I think. (I may have the national channels backwards.) The local channel needs to make money. The other network's programming was more lucrative at the time. --- OMX/Blue Wave/DOS v2.30* Origin: Soundly on the Fault Line (1:138/666.0) SEEN-BY: 10/1 11/200 331 14/250 400 34/999 123/500 128/2 187 140/1 222/2 226/0 SEEN-BY: 226/160 230/150 249/303 250/306 261/20 38 100 1381 1404 1410 1418 SEEN-BY: 266/1413 275/91 280/1027 320/119 396/45 633/260 267 280 712/848 SEEN-BY: 801/161 189 5030/1256 @PATH: 138/666 123/500 106/2000 140/1 138/146 392 261/38 633/260 267 |
