"CERT" training is an acronym. What does it stand for? My mind
easily can come
up with all manner of possibilities ... like (C)ertification (E)ducation
(R)esource (T)raining. But, I am curious as to what the
"official" version is.

On another subject - since you seem to be active currently in electronics and
gadgetry while I quit mucking about on a daily basis when I quit repairing
TeeVees and VCRs ... after it became cheaper to buy new and toss the old one in
the recycle bin than to pay a technician to repair it.

Enough preamble. I own a (illegal) cell phone jammer and use it to fu ... ss
with rude people in public venues and drivers who seriously need to "hang up
and drive". Do you know of anything that I can buy or build that will shoot the
voice coils of a set of sub-woofers out through the trunk lid of a Caprice. 

It's just another bit of politically incorrect editing. I am heartily sick of
these clowns who style up next to me and vibrate the sides of my vehicle. OR
intrude on the peace and quiet of my living room from two blocks away. 

Possibly I want the impossible - but, it would be neat to practice a bit of
guerrilla justice on these bozos. Be extra neat if the same device that shot
their voice coils to Mars would also cause the pants they wear below the break
in their butt cheeks to drop to their ankles and expose their
"inadequacies".
