It is tempting...

All I need do to see the results of mixing fundamentalist religion, right-
wing politics and sheer stupidity is summed up in two words:

Sarah Palin.

I mean, she was blessed by a witch-finding African minister, for crying out
loud.

But on a more immediate note, the Kooky Konservative Kristians that run the
Texas state school board (they will be gone by January, but the damage has
been done,) have made Texas a laughing stock in education, even more so
than George W. Bush and Rick "Goodhair" Perry have done.
