He also credited Woodrow Wilson's propagandist, George Creel (head of
Wilson's "Committee for Public Information" (CPI)) for showing
how to manipulate information and mislead the people without their knowing.

It may have shock value to invoke Goebbels, but he only picked up where
Woodrow Wilson's CPI left off.
