Hey mark!
ml> they should reside in the FTSC's proposals
There are too many there but while we're on the subject 'fsc-0065.001 Type
3 ASCII' caught my eye years ago as a potential candidate for an upgrade to
a utf-8 equivelent. However it never went beyond a read of the document.
Also I have issues with a few of his referred ascii characters which are
8-bit and thus NOT ascii which renders the entire documents title as highly
questionable in terms of it's credibility.
Anyhow if it ever matters I am sure a suitable proposal could be submitted
to take care of it. I have serious doubts about it given that type 2+
doesn't appear to be an actual ftn standard - or is it? - and appears to be
the mostly used pkt type in fidonet - or is it?
ml> contact me
Done. :-)
Life is good,
Maurice
... Don't cry for me I have vi.
