As far as i know an upgrade form version x to version y applies to the same
number of users. I.e. you can only upgrade from 3.12 250 user to 3.20 250
user.  So ...
- you need to buy 3.12 150 user first
- or buy an 100 user upgrade plus an 3.20 150 user

Both are not available anymore.....

Verify this with Novell to see if i'm right.
