subject: Big Big win95 problems

It all started when I was doing my weekly hardrive clean up, I accidently
deleted the win95 dir, no luckly not using deltree but something
along the lines of "del c:\windows\*.*".

Now, after using a boot up disk to get into dos and undelete the files, I
find that I may of renamed some files wrong, the problems are as follows: I
cannot open my dial up network folder in the "my computer" icon. I cannot
make a new account in the "control panel" then "internet
icon". I sometimes
get errors such as "rb32run.dll" errors, "iexplore.exe"
errors (where
you have two options "close" or "details" that kind of error.

e.g when I access "internet" icon in the "control
panel" this error
appears, I get two options, "close" button or "details"
button. This
is what appears when I click "details"

RUNDLL32 caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 0137:bff9a07c.

I would appreciate anyhelp, besides backup and reinstall type solutions if
avoidable.
