Unless he's alluding to the mods to V.34 that take it to 33600 changing
that part of Table 8/V.34, then 3000 sym/sec only goes (went) to 26400; you
(at least used to) need 3200 sym/sec (or 3429) to do 28800.  Any news on
that?
