I've seen a lot of various stuff and if you have a ring of something that looks kind of like a ring of a depression or raised at one area, you are probably doing a very regular stroke on an improperly pressed lap. The other thing is that you may have a rolled edge or even be near the parabolic condition. You won't be able to tell exactly what you have until you take some measurements of what the ROC of the various zones are.
