 I saw one on CNN that BP liked. From a 21 year old blond female
 engineer. When the BP person first saw it he asked, "Where did
 you get this idea?"

 She is now a brunette. Maybe thoght it would enhance her
 credibility.

 Insert a smaller pipe into the larger pipe, with inflatable
 tires around the smaller pipe which will seal it when presurized
 with hydraulic fluid.
