Hey Sean!

'ls' works excellent if we're talking linux which I am not sure we are. If
so then a simple bash script will work such as;

#!/bin/bash
OUTBOUND=/home/fido/outbound
for file in $OUTBOUND/*.hlo ; do
   for pkt in `cat $file` ; do
      echo "Outbound pkts for node $file:"
      ls -al $pkt
   done
   echo
done

The above is pretty basic and could be fancied up by replacing $file in the
echo part with the actual fido node or point address. Also you may have to
do simular for the .hlo extention depending on how you deal with nodes
and/or points. The general idea is there though and will report how many
bytes there are in every outbound pkt for every node in the outbound
directory. If no *.hlo's then nothing gets echoed back.

Don't you wish all OS's were that easy to write utils for? ;-)

Life is good,
Maurice
