I'm not using qedit... or linux. And I haven't used Wordstar (except
perhaps inadvertantly on someone's bbs) for most of my computering life.
I'm strictly DOS (with a few *nix commands tossed in for good measure by
my Wizard that sets up things here, and teaches me the magic spells),
and have been using MicroEMACS 3.8b (for DOS) ever since we set up our
first computer here at home. There are a number of Ctrl-something
commands, but there are also some Function key macros that make things
quicker. I use the f9 to save and the f10 to exit, for example... but I
use Ctrl+E to go to the end of the line, and cut-and-paste are Ctrl and
Esc plus letters. :)

And every week, month, year that the nodelist continues, is that much
longer that BBSes have beat the nay-saying prophecies... :) As I said,
somehow we just manage to keep chugging along... since we still keep
using it, it's still here... and since there are still sysops that keep
things flowing... ;)
