| subject: | New Air Compressor. |
I spent yesterday afternoon playing with my new Huskey (which is really a Compbell Hausfeld) 30 gallon air compressor. It is belt driven and not overly noise. Filled the entire tank to 130 pounds in around 10 minutes. I was filling up various balls, tires, and anything else I could test it out on. I plan to pickup a kit that has 4 of them most used tools so that I can start using it with my sockets, etc. Right off the bat I have something to fix. The shelves in my garage are falling off the wall (a few lag bolts snapped). Will be using it to fix that to start with. I am considering two different routes with the electric.. I have two garage doors with outlets on the ceiling. I need to find out of they are on the same wire as the fridge in the garage. I could use one of those. If not, was also considering bumping up my 20 amp circuit breaker to a 30 amp. I know that isn't to spec, since the wire is probably not rated for that, but I am going to check. When I was using it, I had an extension cord going to the front of the house's outside outlet. Seemed to work fine on that one for now. - Mark --- WWIVToss v.1.50* Origin: http://www.weather-station.org * Bel Air, MD -USA (1:261/1304.0) SEEN-BY: 3/0 633/267 640/954 712/0 313 550 620 848 @PATH: 261/1304 266/512 140/1 261/38 712/848 633/267 |
