BT|         I am wondering what the latest version of TELIX for WINDOWS is.

The latest version is 1.15d.  You can find it on deltaComm's BBS
(919-481-9399 or telnet to bbs.delta.com) and on their web and ftp sites
(www.delta.com and ftp.delta.com).
BT|         On D.O.S. version 3.22 a 1994 product I notice that the CAPTURE
  | (Alt L) feature does capture but in the DOS  editor it is not captured
  | as it was originally seen. The TELIX.IMG feature in the Windows version
  | captures exactly as seen. Why the difference?
The scroll back buffer in the DOS version doesn't correctly capture ANSI
codes, which are used for a lot of the formatting you see on-screen. The
image file is a screen snapshot, so it is recorded correctly.
