- Which tosser are you using?
- What is your command (including switches)?
- Have you set any environment variables for ARJ?
- Are you using ARJ.CFG and if yes, what are the defaults set for
  E and X ?
- Have you examined his mail with ARJ t (test)?
I am using Squish under Win95 and ARJ 2.55c (May 8th release) and I have no 
problems at all :-)
