Bill, in case pulling out the PCB and re-installing it did improve the
situation, you might consider resoldering the joints of the edge-connector
pins. It seems to me that due to the heat-production of the DR-7 (and
subsequent cooling when turning off the TR-7), these pins can develope a
cold solder-joint. Re-doing the solderwork is a simple job that may
prevent re-occurreance of your problem in the near future. Do remove as
much as possible old solder before applying new solder though!
