We don't have toy mice under the bathmat, we have martians under the
bathmat. Kea keeps us safe from the martians under the mat by killing them
for us - even if that means destroying the bathmat in the process. The last
one we threw out ended up cut almost in half after years of back-claw
slashes. The new one won't last as long, I don't think, it's already looking
a bit frayed. But we're safe from martians!
