Ever try to back up 1400 Files.BBS files on a floppy??? Ever lose a Files.BBS 
file that had the descriptions for over 1000 files that were online!!! It is 
better to back up the whole BBS on a backup tape!!!
Another case in point that happened to me recently!!! I caught a virus on my 
system and it infected ALMOST ALL of my Maximus .EXE files!!! Putting the 
control files on a floppy wouldn't help in this situation!!! Normally this 
would require a reinstall of Maximus BUT with the whole BBS system on Backup 
tape I restored all the .Exe's in 5 minutes!!! :)
