  It's a page I set up off of my personal homepage, telling all about
the hobby, study options, the various types of licenses (Morse Code is
no longer required), and where to take the exams. The hams themselves
have been doing the exams since 1984, after the FCC stopped doing such,
due to budget constraints, etc.
