With Javascript enabled, it works pretty well.

There's no Java applets, and no Java.  Only pure Javascript (which is not at 
all related to Java).  There's no reason to desactivate Javascript in 
Netscape, and all majors browsers fully support Javascript since a couple of 
years (MSIE, Netscape,...).
Anyway, I'm designing a new dual version, with automatic switch to the frames 
& Javascript one with 3-languages support, or to another without frames nor 
Javascript.
