Open up a command prompt and go to your System32 directory and see if
this file exists... If it does run the following command:

regsvr32 MSCOMCTL.OCX

You should get a response that the registration was successful...

I can't think of what the InstallShield error is for this, but I think
it means that there was something wrong with this file in archive...  Or
something has the file locked and readonly so the script couldn't
install the file...  See if this file exists (Its for the EXCEL
export capabilities)...
