Try opening up a DOS prompt and going to your System32 directory, and
see if this file exists... If it does, run the following command:

regsvr32 MSCOMCTL.OCX


-> ComponentError returned the following data transfer error. 
-> Setup will now abort.

-> Component: Shared DLLs
-> File Group: regdlls
-> File: C:\winnt\system32\msexcl35.dll
-> Error Number: -119

This one is a little different...  Can't off the top of my head remember
what the Installshield error is for this... But it seems like the file
was corrupted and couldn't be copied... OR
