You will have to use NetWare/IP which encapsulates the IPX
packet into an IP packet.

Try asking in comp.os.netware.connectivity. Most of the
replies will probably suggest you upgrade to NW5 and not
mess with NetWare/IP.
Posting to comp.os.netware.* is a much better place than
at.novell or fido.novell or any other place on Usenet when
you have a NetWare related question.
