that is correct... unfortunately, something removed all the spaces before
the ^^'s which were actually pointing to "%2" on one line and
"%3" on the other line from the other .bat file...

i suspect that it is the %2 and %3 difference outside the fact that the dir
name needed to be changed...

in any case, glad to hear that you finally got it all sussed out! told ya
