I call bullshit.  I seriously doubt you've ever gotten latin-1 correct,
nevermind actually knowing what latin-1 actually *is*.  I'd like to see your
evidence to back up your above words as well as credible source(s) to support
said evidence as being proper conversions, especially to nonexistant encodings,
or at least ones that have zero documentation to serve as evidence as to their
legitimacy.
