I did a windows find for mscomctl.ocx and found it in c:\windows\system, but I 
also found it in c:\program files\simple DNS plus\backup.  That tells me that 
the program mscomctl.ocx was backed up when I installed Simple DNS for some 
reason.  Perhaps Simple DNS changes mscomctl.ocx and backs it up for whatever 
reason.  If I could get a copy of mscomctl.ocx and copy it to my 
c:\windows\system directory there is a chance it will fix the problem.
