If you owned a US/Canada Courier, and had installed all three SDLs which have been released since the most recent Australian one, you'd have noted from the enclosed readme files that quite aside from numerous feature upgrades, there have also been several bug-fixes, none of which have made it here yet. It's simply not good enogh IMO. PL> FAX is still unreliable and it doesn't like to stay connected to some Finally fixed with the most recent US/Canada SDL. Nice one USR, and it only took them the better part of 2 years to get it right too...
