Have a look at the negative ~65 V lead on your AC4. My guess is that you 
lost that bias voltage.

Take the AC4 off of the rig. Open the bottom cover to allow access to the 
voltage for measurement.  You can then simulate TR4 power switch by 
putting a jumper from pin 1 to 2 of the connector cable, then plug the AC4 
into the 120V outlet (preferably through a power strip so you can turn it 
off/on with ease).

You can then measure all voltage as they leave to go to the rig.

Please BE CAREFUL as all the voltages are there, and the voltages and 
current they supply can kill you.
