  I'm not really sure where BW stores its various settings, including
  registration info.  I see a number of potential files in the Bwave
  directory and also in the Bwave\data directory.   My best guess is
  that your settings and registration were in one of those files.

  Since BW is really a DOS program, it does not bother with making
  registry entries the way some windows programs might do.
