Pat, I won't be needing the flasher because I finally got the modem to accept 
the flash at my friends house. I tried the AT_D1234 command prior to the 
flash and after trying the flasher a dozen of times it finally took the 
flash. Right now I have the 1.440-17 rom installed. Thanks for the help.
